In 2018, my wife and I were preparing to leave our home in the San Francisco Bay Area of 30+ years to make the move to Henderson, Las Vegas area. We had no idea that we would be thrust into a General Contracting business where we would be building these amazing ultra-modern, multi-dimensional, homes of the future. Even with over 40 years of construction experience, these gorgeous homes are a constant learning experience every day and challenging to say the least. The constant learning experience reminds us that the highest quality and attention to detail are demanded at every level.

Sand & Stone Builders LLC has only been in the Southern Nevada area since 2018, but we bring 40 years of construction experience from one of the most competitive markets on the West Coast. This allows us to offer a wide range of services from pre-construction to design build, competitive pricing while partnering with Stephanie Pearson King Designs for interior design to offer a complete package from start to finish.
Interior Design
Sand & Stone Builders LLC has partnered with Stephanie Pearson King Designs ti offer a complete project. Selecting interior & exterior finish can be very difficult and stressful for most owners. Stephanie will make this process much easier and more efficient for each client. She has over 30 years of design experience and knows the right suppliers to provide the best finish materials for your project. From tile flooring to finished plumbing fixtures and lighting, Stephanie can select and provide vendors for every part of your project.
